This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar tracking technologies used on captured.art (the Website) by HG Commerce AB (Captured). It supplements our Privacy Policy and is provided to comply with Sweden's Electronic Communications Act (Lag 2022:482), the ePrivacy Directive, and the GDPR.

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are used to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, measure how a service is used, and — when consented to — show relevant ads. Some technologies described below (for example browser local storage and pixel tags) are not strictly cookies but serve similar purposes; for clarity we treat them all as cookies in this policy.
2. Categories we use
Cookies on the Website fall into three categories. Strictly necessary cookies are placed without consent because they are required to deliver the service you have requested. Analytics and advertising cookies are only placed once you accept them in our consent banner.

3. Withdrawing consent
You can change your preferences at any time using the Manage cookie preferences button at the top of this page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the Website, including sign-in.
4. International transfers
Some providers listed above (Google, Vercel) process data outside the EEA. We rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, supplementary measures to safeguard such transfers. See section 4 of our Privacy Policy for details.
